I did like the no pressure sales approach, clear pricing and inclusions- Skoda offer a lot of accessories at no cost. Sam and his colleague ( my apologies, cannot recall your name) was provided a clear rundown of vehicles features which didn’t feel rushed. Finance options were also discussed earlier - again no pressure. I prefer this sales method over the outdated one of non transparency and ‘ playing a game of ‘ sales chess’ with the potential customer. Of course, it helps if you know the brand- I have owned an Octavia previously and it was a great car. The sales team had good knowledge and kept me updated re: delivery times and servicing. Would recommend.
