Excellent customer service. Sam was great at communicating and organizing the shipment of our new skoda enyaq. We are enjoying adventures in our new skoda. Would highly recommend dealing with Jarvis Skoda Adelaide.

We had a great experience with Jarvis Skoda. From our first visit and test drive, through ordering an Enyaq, and delivery of our new car, we were welcomed and treated well by the staff, particularly by Sam.

My car was under wraps in the showroom when we picked up my wife's car on a Friday. We bought two cars but couldn't collect them on the same day(?). The following Monday I was advised my car was ready, cleaned and charged (it's an ev). After completing the necessary paperwork, my car was still under wraps in the showroom. After removing the wrap, I noticed the front passenger door was open. It didn't shut properly, requiring considerably more force than the other doors. Getting in the car for handover, we found a computer error. The screen was scrolling and unresponsive. The sales rep and the technician couldn't fix it. Fortunately I had come across this error in my pre purchase research and was able to fix it. The car was not very clean, there were dirty wipe marks on the glass.
