My car was under wraps in the showroom when we picked up my wife's car on a Friday. We bought two cars but couldn't collect them on the same day(?). The following Monday I was advised my car was ready, cleaned and charged (it's an ev). After completing the necessary paperwork, my car was still under wraps in the showroom. After removing the wrap, I noticed the front passenger door was open. It didn't shut properly, requiring considerably more force than the other doors. Getting in the car for handover, we found a computer error. The screen was scrolling and unresponsive. The sales rep and the technician couldn't fix it. Fortunately I had come across this error in my pre purchase research and was able to fix it. The car was not very clean, there were dirty wipe marks on the glass.
